Straight to the bath!
While Mommy was finishing up in Labor and Delivery, Daddy got to go to the
Nursery to help get Myranda ready!
She was such a good baby!

They said 25% of healthy babies have a touch of jaundice...the only way to treat it is make them stay under a bili light...THIS WAS SO HEART BREAKING!
She had to stay in this for 24 hours.
Uncle Tracy saved her from the lights for just a few minutes.
And of course Mommy had to feed her.
Ok...so after Gramma got there...she held her too.
So we cranked it up to Ultra-Ultra Tanning style...
This, I believe, is our first picture as a family!
Myranda all dressed up in her "Going home" outfit!
Sleeping in the car.
WELCOME HOME MYRANDA ROSE!
Thanks Harvest Church!
Something has gone horribly wrong here...watch the video below to hear the story!

Congratulations!! I hope you guys are adjusting well. Anna Lee had jaundice too. I can relate with it being heartbreaking. I don't know if she is breast fed or not, but its also definitely more common with BF babies. We were told that we may have to give her some water in addition to breast milk to help flush the bilirubin out, but it cleared up after an extra night in the hospital because she had to stay under the light. BOO! Anyway, I'm glad you guys are home and enjoying parenthood. I'm sure you guys are head over heels for that precious little girl.
